2. After the oil tank is placed, the oil level shall not be 2.5m higher than the base of the diesel generator set. If the oil level of the large oil depot is higher than 2.5m, a daily oil tank shall be added between the large oil depot and the unit so that the direct oil delivery pressure is not greater than 2.5m. Even during shutdown, fuel is not allowed to flow into the diesel engine by gravity through the oil inlet line or injection line.

3. If the fuel tank is made by the user, it should be noted that the standby fuel tank is made of stainless steel or steel plate. Do not paint or galvanize the inside of the fuel tank, because they will react with diesel, produce impurities that may cause damage, and reduce the quality, cleanliness and combustion efficiency of diesel.

4. The connection of fuel return pipeline shall not cause shock wave of fuel in the oil pipe; The fuel capacity in the oil tank shall ensure daily supply. The oil supply and return areas of the oil tank shall be equipped with perforated diaphragms to reduce heat exchange.

5. Different types of units have corresponding standard oil tanks and oil supply systems. There are many types of oil tanks, which can be designed into discrete oil tanks of various capacities according to user requirements. The user can also design the oil tank by himself. The user should also pay attention to the following precautions when installing the oil tank.

6. The oil supply pipe end of the oil tank shall be about 50mm higher than the bottom of the oil tank to prevent sediment and water from being sucked into the oil supply pipe; The resistance at the oil port is not allowed to exceed the specified value when using clean filter element specified on all performance data sheets. This resistance value is based on half of the fuel in the fuel tank.
